Why do I need so little to get my wash done? Our formula is 11x concentrated, meaning that we’ve removed any excess water and fillers from our formulas.

Does Dirty Labs work in cold water? HE (High Efficiency) compatible? Our Bio Laundry Detergents are designed and optimized for washing in cold water and are suitable for HE washers and traditional washers.

Does your product work with hard water? Yes, our detergents are suitable for washing with hard water, as well as ground water or well water.

Is Dirty Labs suitable for septic tanks and grey water systems? All of our products are septic safe, as our detergent is near neutral pH, and much less alkaline than conventional detergents, so it is safe for grey water systems.

How to use Make sure items are dishwasher safe and follow manufacturer's directions. Add Bio Enzyme Dishwasher Detergent to detergent dispenser. Measure with included wooden scoop: 1 scoop for regular loads, 2 scoops for heavily-soiled dishes or particularly hard water. Start washer.
